• Intellectual property: The site and its content (including audio, artwork, text, and branding) are owned by Whispers in the Machine or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited permission to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, no rights are granted to you.
• Availability and disclaimer: The site and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whispers in the Machine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
• Termination: We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time if we believe it is being misused, to protect the site and users, or for operational reasons.
• Governing law and venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Whispers in the Machine is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site must be brought in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. This site is primarily informational and promotional for Whispers in the Machine.

• Contact form: If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you provide (such as your email and message) for the purpose of responding.
• Streaming links: Clicking outbound links may allow third‑party platforms to collect data according to their policies.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics in Google Consent Mode to understand aggregated site usage. If you choose “Agree” in the cookie banner, analytics storage is granted and analytics cookies may be set. If you choose “Decline”, analytics storage remains denied and Google tags only send limited cookieless pings (no analytics cookies are stored).
• Data retention: We keep contact form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and for recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize them where feasible.
• Your choices and rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you provided to us. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time by declining analytics cookies (or changing your cookie preference).
